I should have mentioned that the power thing is only an issue on 30 meters.
ie, mid settings work as per manual on 80, 40, 15 etc.
S meter works, just really "cheap". Even strong local signalss less than s9.
Worked a qrp californian for half an hour last pm on 30 so it is doing ok
in practical terms. Have you installed a filter mod? I may have to hook
up my dsp audio magic machine to the output.....is this cheating? ;-)
ie. in a "contest" that requires homebrew rigs, is using an commericially
built accessory ok?
