Ray,
Just played (part of) the file common.txt on Version 3.1 and it works just
fine. My thought is that to learn to recognize some whole words by sound
(without thinking character-by-character) it might be best to take the
common.txt file and cut and paste from it groups of six or eight words to
new files. Learn to recognize a batch of whole words and then go on to
another batch etc. Common.txt is too long to play all at once.
I have sent copies to about a dozen people who requested it and I would be
interested in hearing thoughts from users and, of course, from you, Ray.
