Perhaps you had better go back and reread the message I posted. To
begin with I did not originate the complaint. Second, at no point did I
ever say one anti-virus system was better than any other. I happen to
use Norton. I have for over 10 years. I see no reason to change that.
The message was sent by another who uses MacAfee. He was unhappy with
the perfomance of the software. I only suggested he might have more
troubles than just the software.
If MacAfee software did not work with almost all the common software
configurations it encounters, they would not stay in business very
long! I simply said give MasAfee a chance. Call them. Find out why
you are having the problem before you tell the worked that it is junk!
