Well, hope conditions are good tonight, despite the fact that we are havinbg
summer weather here in NJ. (70 deg today, forecast 72 tomorrow).
After careful consideration, I decided to run the K2 tonight. Antenna will be
a halfwave. (The loop, with the switch at the far end open). I am going to
try to try it both fed as a regular 1/2 wave with open wire, and with the
feeders tied together, against ground. I am curious which will work out best.
Don't forget 1810 CW, 1910 SSB. Will probably start on CW, and maybe
alternate hours with SSB.
See you on "The Gentleman's Band," tonight. (I am getting special permission
to operate there one night ;-)
