Just came in from walking the dogs, and couldn't hear a signal on any
band with
the K2. OH NO, the rig is broken, I thought, then I tried the Omni-C.
Still no
sigs. Checked the coax. SWR is OK. Then I checked the Cluster, and see a
bunch
of entries saying BLACKOUT and OFF! in place of callsigns.
Is this from an earlier event, or is this something new?

Fairbanks, Glennallen, Gakona Junction, and Tok are totally without
commercial power ... their power grids are being diverted to run
something at Haarp! This has occured before, its nothing new.
