The usual convention, as understood by all email programs,
is to set URLs off with <> - this avoids any confusion over
where the URL ends and the text resumes, because <> are not
valid characters in URLs. The sample URL is then
<http://www.sec.noaa.gov/today.html>, with no ambiguity.
