Morse Academy

will do this. just save your text file as plain text with the extension .kb
in the Morse academy folder (E.g example.kb)
Morse Academy is a free program and I found it very good indeed when i was
learning for my test.
It is a dos Program and it's only weakness is that it's timings are not
perfect at higher speeds when running under windows on some Pc's, the
simple solution is to run it in dos mode or make up a boot floppy and
install Morse academy (along with your sample texts) and run it from there,
the whole program and then some will fit onto one floppy. This avoids the
timing problems caused by windows trying to multitask. After all, if you
can multitask whilst practicing High speed CW then maybe you don't need to
practice at all !
Morse academy can also send you words in random order from a file called
words, the words file can contain any words you like but must all be in
capitals, thanks to Vic AD8K's suggestion I have made up a custom words
file with the 500 most common English words in it. I took my list from the
list on the following web site (which is unfortunately down at the moment.)
http://www.joates.demon.co.uk/megs/N0HFF/
Morse Academy may not be a cutting edge piece of 32 bit windows software
but it works on any machine I have tried it on, the price is right and it's
easy to use.

Help, I have no exercise equipment, am I doomed to failure?
Hope that this helps.
