This morning I was reading the mail on 20M MFSK16 and
caught this bit of information.
"Yes this mode has good copy under varying condx. In
the upper menu you see the MODE selection. There is a
mode called MFSK-8 that is much s-l-o-w-e-r than
this, but it copies under unbelieveable noise and
fading. I worked a VE6 who decreased his pwr to 100mW
and I still copied 100%".
Looks like something QRP'ers should know! As soon as I
have checked this out I will make a report here. If
you have Stream by IZ8BLY, then click a button and you
change from mfsk16 to mfsk8. So easy.
