If you want to, qsl them. If you don't, don't. Unless you are in a rare
state, few of those you contact in Field Day or a contest are going to
care one way or the other.
If you expect a card in return, you should include a self addressed
stamped envelope with your card to make it cheap and easy, and
therefore, likely that the other guy will qsl you.
If you don't want or need any of the cards, then you don't have to qsl.
If someone sends you a card and they supply a SASE, then qsl back. If
they dont, it's your choice whether to qsl or not.
