Might it have been the "Cubic Incher"? Built in a Kodak 35 mm film
box? Saw that in "QRP Power" the other day. It used a VN10K output.
BTW, the VN10K isn't made anymore but I belive it was someone on this
list that mensioned the 2N7000 is pretty much the same part. I've
been using the 2N7000 for 500 mw drivers and they work well, up to
10M and above.
