Hi Joel,

I don't speak Russian but I have heard the name before and Valery is
pronounced VA - LEER - E with LEER being emphasized...It is an OM name.

Question folks ...

I had a nice QRP chat with Valery, RN3ZR, tonight on 15 meters. Good
579 QRP signals on both sides. I started to fill out the QSL, but
realized that I don't know if Valery is an OM or YL name in Russia.
I never thought about asking during the QSO and I want to make sure
my note and QSL does it right. Anyone speak Russian on the list?
