Hi,

Does anyone know where I can buy 2N5160 2N3866 transistors (small
quantity)??

Also, I really need the SPICE models for
1 watt 2N4427(NPN), 2N5160(PNP) and 2N3866 (NPN) parts.
Only possible source found by web search so far in USA is TECHSONICS
near Foster City, CALIF.

These parts are needed for a 1-50 mhz, 5 v into 50 ohm load, sinewave
power amp using PNP and NPN complementary driver transistors.
I am working on with Winspice3.
