2M QRP Question

Hiya!

Was wondering if anyone has had any experience with
the Alinco C-1 HT. I'm looking at an add for it
in the Amateur Radio Trader catalog (v.4, num 23,
page 5.)

It says its max output is 300mw. Having not ever
operated at that power, I was also curious, if
given ideal conditions, what sort of propagation
one could expect.
