Claton, I do not have my 730 manual at hand right now, but as I recall
the 730 (like most Icom rigs) has two pots that set the maximum and the
minimum power output as the rf output control is varied between max and
min.

Look at your manual at the chassis/pcb photos and the schematic and see
if you can identify these pots and their locations.

This really isn't a mod - just a routine adjustment.
