Hi Jeff and gang,

Happy New Year, and it may be easier for you to adjust an internal pot on
the motherboard instead of the circuit.

I have the IC-728, and found two pots on the motherboard that controlled
low output and high output on the output power pot on the front panel of
rig. I measured the output power on my friend's scope and am able to get
the low output power on the front panel pot to 2 watts (if I remember
right) and 100 watts max on 80 meters.

Check out the manual to your rig and good luck.
