HP 400H Vacuum Tube Volt Meter ????????

I have been kicking around this meter for quite some time but don't have
a clue how it works. I do not have the RF probe for it and will the one
in the
ARRL handbook work OK ?

Also it has a output as well and was wondering if I can run it through my
dummy load for peaking out and calibrating transmitters ?

By the way as far as I can tell it works. It shows that I have 1 volt or
0db
stray rf or AC with a 1 foot wire hooked to it. Don't know if it is from
the
computer yet.
