Gang,

I'm trying to find some sources for PIN diodes and I'm not having much
luck. I can get the low voltage kind, like the MPN3404 and NTE553, but
I'm looking for some PIN devices that have breakdown voltages of 100
volts or so. The low voltage guys will just go POP!, even at QRP levels
of ~ 5 watts. <:-o

Yeah, I know these things are expensive, but I can't even find them! :-(

Is everybody just using 1N4007's, a' la 38S, for this or what?

Any tips on sources for these parts would be greatly appreciated. :-)
