Hey all!
Well, I'm having fun with my new Sierra, and just finished building my 30
meter module. I even figured out how that WWV at 10.000 would be a good
reference point to tune to. Now, if the ice storm on Saturday night
wouldn't have snapped my antenna in three, I'd be able to give it a try.
(Didn't someone mention a 40-9er?)
Oh, yeah. I'm getting to that. Well, I MUST HAVE MORE MODULES!!!!!
With that in mind, I offer my 40-9er for sale. I put it together last
summer, and then put it away. I "think" it works, having used it to
generate a reference frequency when I was building my Sierra, but it's
never been on the air. I noticed a few people asking about them, and I
feel guilty about having one with a thick layer of dust on it. I even
put it in a nice little Radio Shack box, with a switch for power, two
plugs and a BNC connector.
First $30 gets it. I figure that should be enough for a 20 M module for
my Sierra (almost!)
Anyone interested? Let me know!
Thanks,
Brent

If anyone is interested in what I've been doing for the past few days,
check out the FloodCam at www.ndsu.nodak.edu/floodcam
It's pretty scary, and only getting higher!
