Well I guess it had to happen...I've been having such a good time with this
qrp-l group, on the air, learning about antennas, putting kits together (having
a ball with my SWL-30 at 1 watt), homebrewing from published schematics ...now
I want to have the fun of taking individual components from my junque box,
learn about them and then homebrew qrp transmitters and try them on the air
while they're laying on the bench...I feel what I need now are recommendations
pointing me to very good books which will teach me basic rf design so that I
can then take the junque box components, put them together on the breadboard
and try them out on the air...
....I am not an electronic genius but feel I have enough experience that I will
be able to do this provided I can get at the basic information...so if anyone
has an idea or two I would appreciate receiving this information...thanks & 73
