Can anyone tell me if there is any concern, beyond knowing where I am drilling
and such, with installing a radio in a 1997 Ford Ranger?

If you have made such an installation, please let me know any details or
suggestions.

I do not have the radio that I will install yet, but it will most likely be a
remote face type.
