Make 14.040 new qrp freq

20 meters is such a great qrp band but 14.060 is being covered by digital
signals (I know, cw is a digital signal), and its only going to get worse.
Why not make 14.040 the new qrp calling freq? It would match the 40 meter
freq. Next time tune down and listen, its just setting there waiting to be
used.
