Anyone buying products from small new companies should
understand and accept the obvious risk & benefits. You may be
getting new technology but, obviously support long term may be
lacking. No one ever promised to support the rig long term.
This is exactly the advantage of a more well established company.
I do agree however, it would be nice if SGC is going to take over the
name to provide some service/support on older products!
Take even HP, parts are not available for a lot of their older equipement.
You take your money and pay your choices...
and thats exactly why I like kits and home brew...
unlimited support by those who care - fellow users.
