Index Labs -- "Kaput" or what?

Does anyone have any direct knowledge as to what is REALLY going on with
Index Labs? Seems that no one has been able to contact them lately (I just
thought it was "personal... :-). I believe that there was a posting
mentioning a merger and a soon to be introduced new rig, but I didn't see
the original post and have received nothing from Index (or whatever they are
called now).

Enquiring minds (not to mention a lot of QRP+ owners and just curious
busy-bodies) wanta know...
