I will be playing keyboards on tour with Neil Sedaka in the UK from May
11-30. Like the last time, I will bring my MFJ setup and Isotron ant. along
with a dipole, should it be setupable. My usual m.o. is to check into the
hotel, locate a path to the roof, set up antenna, and operate. Now anything
can happen. The worst case scenerio being no path to the roof, and windows
don't open. If roof access is out, I strip the floor lamp, bolt on the
Isotron, and stick it out the window, and away we go. You just never know
what to expect. By the looks of the schedule, days off: like Tues. May 13 in
Dublin, 24 &25th in Glasgow, 29th in London are opportune times. But I'll
be on whenever possible. I like to hover around 14.025, but have to be
flexible. On the day of show, morning is ok from about 0800Z
to say 1400Z, before our soundcheck. 2300Z after shows might work if the
band stays open over there. I welcome all QRP QSOs, especially with QRP-L
ops. I'm thinking about printing some special QSLs (figuring I make a
contact!) Think positive... Here then is my tour sked:
