TH7DXX - SWR at Ground level?

I finally put it back together, and am just trying
to get a feel if I'm close. The book says 'VSWR
curves typical @ 70', similar for between 30 $ 100'.

Using my MFJ, the swr is minimum at the following
frequencies: 13.77 mhz, 20.3 mhz, and 27.7 mhz.

The antenna is on a pair of ladders, 5' off the ground.

I don't plan on tuning it for lowest swr there, but does
the resonant frequency go up as I go up in the air?

I don't want to put it up without some 'warm fuzzies'
