I've only ordered from him once and there was about $6 worth of parts
missing in the shipment. I called him and though I could tell he wasn't
all that thrilled about the situation he didn't hesitate to tell me he'd
get the parts out to me...a couple of days later they arrived priority
mail. Priority mail costs $3. Even though it took a good chunk out of
his profit, he handled my shortage promptly. That was my first
experience with him....won't be my last. I'll buy from him again.
