Guys,
Dan went out of business for about a year, two years ago due to personal
problems that are not relevant here. At that time, to my knowledge, he
returned every dime of money for unfilled orders. My own dealings with him
include the purchase of one kit and at least three parts orders. The parts
look, smell and function exactly like the parts that come from anywhere else,
and I have yet to get a dud active device from him. And the orders were
promptly filled too. And the kit worked too. So, while some folks may have
been inconvenienced by his unscheduled closure, Dan was able to resume his
business because his reputation was good and the general perception at the
time was that he had "done right" by the folks. I expect to continue to do
business with him.
I have no connection with Dan's and pay retail!
