Got a lead on another QRP rig, and need to sell the "Backup" packet
station.
I have the following:
AEA PK-232, Multi-Mode TNC
Icom IC-229A, 25 watt 2 M rig
Wyse WY-30 "Smart Terminal"
The PK-232 is NOT the MBX version, and will do both VHF and HF packet
(with
an HF rig, of course), CW, AMTOR, ASCII and RTTY, but doesn't have
PACTOR or G-TOR. I have a VHF cable already made up for the IC-229A.
The IC-229A is a 1/5/10/25 watt 2 Meter rig, with extended RX including
AM
Aircraft. The TT mike is included, and has an autodialer included
The Wyse terminal has a 13" monitor, and the function keys are
programmable. There is a Serial printer port on it, too.
This package will allow you to run packet without tying up the computer
(and the TNC will work with a computer, too...)
Asking $345 for the package, and I need to sell it as a package so I can
get the other QRP rig I am looking at.
