Dead 38S

Well, I didn't do so good on my 38S.

The board looks great, unfortunately, when I turned it on, not one peep
out of it. Deader than a door nail. IC's are luke warm. Nothing gets
hot. So pops, smells, etc.

I spent all day taking all the voltage measurements and studying the
schematic, but I am getting blurried eyed. If someone would be willing
to help me along, I would appreciate it.

I do have all the voltage measurements for the IC's and diodes, but
rather than take up the band width here, I'll wait until I get some
comments.
