Well, I suppose I could check, but realize that 2200z is 1 pm in the
afternoon and is 6 hours and 45 minutes from sundown. The likelihood of
the band being open even by 0000z is small. Still, I will be sensitive
to your request and maybe go check.

Yes, I did work into that general area. Mostly on 20 meters as I
recall. Seemed like the east coast was better on 40 mtrs. Go figure.
