Thanks to everyone who responded to my request for info on 2sc xsistors.
I have cross references but need the actual specs. I an just try to find the
perfect final for the Sierra. The OHR classic used 2sc2075 and did well on
20m. but don't know how it would so on 17-10 m.
The MRF 237 is a VHF xsistor but may work better on the higher bands. Some
have said that Dan's 2SC2075/MRF475 are not up to spec as original marked
xsistors.
Westgate has 2SC2075 for $1.00 and and 2SC1978 for $1.69.
Guess I'll order a few and just try them.
