Rick:
When I completed my QRP WAS on 40m CW, I received my WAS certificate from ARRL.
It had stickers as endorsements for CW, 40m, and QRP.
Sounds like this approach allows them to stock just one certificate, and then
customize it with endorsement stickers.
I believe it is correct they do not have an endoresement for two-way QRP WAS. I
think we have to get that from QRP ARCI.
