Hi Dan - I noticed one of the ads the other day from Juno
& it said they had a 'special' on fast modems from USR.
It would speed up your download time, rah, rah, rah.
Doesn't seem to me to make any difference with Juno... since
I'm not downloading megabytes of stuff (like with a web
browser), it really shouldn't matter that much... that is
unless they are planning to up the resolution of their ads,
and cram more junk down our throats!!
Wonder if they will be looking at the type of modem, and
restricting my access because of it?! I've been getting
connects & authentications, then being dropped... like
maybe they are looking at how much data I have to read,
and bumping my priority!
Oh well, you can't complain if it's free, eh?
(well, I guess you can)! hehe
