     FYI:
     
     I got a new 33K US Robotics Winmodem installed last night. Juno now
     works fine again!
     
     I guess this topic must fall under the category of conspiracy theories
     and the planned obsolescence of 14.4 modems.....
     
     But hey, I am happy with Juno again! ....A few busy signals, but I
     can live with that.
     
     Thanks to all of you who sent notes on how Juno is performing for you.
     
     If you very recently started giving "No carrier detected" a lot and
     you use a 14.4 modem, I see a new modem in your future! :-(
