    Hi Ken
I wouldn't let the opinion of the ham in Baton Rouge bother me too
much. He has a right to his just as you and i do to ours. His is probably no
less or no more valid than yours. Really, in the "Grand Scheme" , what
difference do any of our opinions matter?
A few weeks ago i was working a fella in a southern state that voiced
the opinion that " if you guys who run low power only had to strain to
listen to your own sigs ", blah, blah. I said 73 at the next over and made an
"end of Qso" entry. No fuss, no muss, no pain.
In 35 years as a ham i have never heard such a comment, personally.
But then i would never have imagined that the world around us would have
deteriorated as rapidly and as completely as it has.
The only "opinion" that counts is the right one. I believe it behooves
us all to try to find that one!
