Handbook vx. CD-ROM

With the upcoming Tupelo hamfest, I may find the 1997 Handbook or
the CD-ROM pretty cheap. Anybody know if the CD-ROM is the complete
1997 text? or an earlier model?

I sent a message to HQ, but assume they are shut for today and the
weekend ...
