Believe it or not, this puppy is going to roll!
I just got off the phone with K8IDN and we have ignition sequence on the
Mini 40M RX Kit - The boards will be high quality, and ready
approximately May 1st. We are expecting a "kitting" to be done the first
week of May with shipments following immediately.
Again, here are the details:
Kit Name: CQrp MRX-40 - Mini Receiver for 40 meters
Frequency Coverage: Tunes approximately 2 to 3 Kc around 7040
Tuning via: VXO
Board Measurments: 2 inches X 1 inch (approx 3/4 inch high once
populated)

Price: $18.00 for the populated board (silkscreened and masked) and all
connections to the external world (i.e. pots and jacks) shipped to your
door! All you need to do is add some wire, solder, and an enclosure.
This little receiver was designed to complement the Micronaut
transmitter, but would be a great addition to any small transmitter. I
was amazed when I heard the sound quality. Steve has really done a FB
job with this one.
Of Course, the kit will come with assembly instructions and schematic.
We plan on putting more details on the CQrp Web site this weekend and a
picture of the 2 prototypes will be there as well.
