Hello all and have a good Easter weekend, and CQ WPX contest---a good chance
for QRP SSB! See CQ or Mar. QST for rules, I hear.

Does anyone have experience using the above tuner? It is a small MFJ box,
blue and off white, from back in the days they used the two color boxes, with
slots; like the larger one at Radio Shack.

It is an L network, with two stacked toroids, wound and tapped to a switch,
and then with a variable cap on the output side of perhaps 100 Pf, for antenna
matching. Wonder what range of matching it will do?
Perhaps if I get a chance I will do some basic testing with non
inductive/capacitive loads and at least see what range of resistance it will
transform to 50 ohms, using the Autek Analyst.

Please reply direct, and I will summarize to the list.
Thanks, 72, Stuart K5KVH < rohre@arlut.utexas.edu >
