Amateur Radio Special Event Station

July 3 - 5, 1997 {1700 UTC - 2400 UTC, daily}

We will be celebrating the 50th anniversary of the "Crash at Corona",
near Roswell, New Mexico.

Frequencies: approximately 20 khz up from the bottom edge of the US
General licensee HF band edge, 6 - 40 meters {phone - SSB} and in the
Novice/Technician {cw} HF section of 15 & 40 meters (QRP & QRO). Listen
for W5BI, WB5LYJ, NA5N & WA5WHN. The station will operate, over looking
one of the debris fields, near Corona, NM. We are awaiting a special
event callsign from the FCC.

SWL reports are encouraged too. SASE required.

SASE {9 x 12 inches}, 2 units of US first class postage required. Send
QSL & SASE {9 x 12 inches} to WA5WHN , Jay Miller , PO Box 6552 ,
Albuquerque, NM 87197-6552 USA.
