What does it cost?

Guys, I have been reading the threads about the 38 Special contacts,
troubles, fun, highs, lows, despairs, frustrations, joys, etc... with a lot
of pride. Both Jim and I have been asked many times why we do what we do
with the NorCal kits. If you read Marty's postings over the past 2 weeks,
and shared the obvious joy and glee of his finally getting the rig to work
and his self satisfaction, you have an idea. What does an education cost?
I don't know, but seeing the satisfaction in Marty's post makes it worth it
to a teacher like me. Thank you Marty, and all of the other 38 Special
posters for sharing with the 38 Special team. We do appreciate it. And,
go ahead and send those orders in, as Jim will have kits by Monday. The
boards for the third run of 500 were picked up last night, the parts are
coming in from Mouser and Digikey, and I have a free weekend to put kits
together!!
72, Doug, KI6DS
