Got BML up today, (Big Moma Loop) -slipping/sliding in heavy, wet snow and
taxing my winter fat reserves on a half-ton of Ash tree that fell on BML
during last weeks tempest. I really wanted to kick back with the Fox Hunt
and a firkin of Old RoadKyll tonite BUTTTttt... the inscrutible Mr Muggles
remained mute all evening... not even a hound was heard. I worked KS, CA,
TX QRP-ers... no problem. Was this another one of those cruel hoaxes? I can
usually hear SOMETHING during the sessions with either BML or the nested
half-square, but not even a chirp. Any other reports? Do I really have to
put that Sterba Curtain on 40? =s=
