In the TiCK mod, the pinouts for the pad show the dit/dah paddle
connections somewhat, er, strangely. The pad summary in the Errata
shows consistent with the text of the table in the TiCK mod section
of the 38 manual. I'm assuming the texy and pad summary are
correct, and column 2 of the table is in error. Is this an
appropriate assumption?
