Marty - I'm certainly not a guru (had lotsa problems getting my 38S on
the air!) but I can tell you about my rig. It is in a metal case I got
from a local electronics place. My board is NOT insulated from the case.
In fact, I used threaded aluminum stand-offs to attach the board to the
bottom of the case. The top part of the stand-offs meets the board at a
ground bus location on all four corners. To ensure connectivity, I
sanded the paint off the inside bottom of the case where the stand-offs
are attached.
