Gang,
woke up a little earlier than usual (5.30 local time) and heard the
transmission. At first I tried 6.999 and then I rechecked on 6.990 and,
there it was HAARP, barely on top of noise, both times 90 and 80
degrees.
Now to fill up the comments for the QSL ;-) On 3.300 a beautiful singer
with classic music and no sign of CW. Maybe it was zero beat :-(

Ops! QTH: Vitoria, in Northern Spain. Receivers: AOR 3030 with narrow
filter and TS50 with SSB filter. Antenna: vertical for 10-15-20.
