Gang:

Just worked S51UF on 7018.2 at about 0240z. He heard my /QRP and wouldn't
stop until he could copy. First he heard K4OI then, finally, K5OI. Lots
of other guys were calling but he would say "PSE, OI/QRP only". What a
thrill! Hope he's not a pirate. He was 599 into southern NM.
