Check around the SCUBA diving shops. That's where I bought my
water proof diving log. It's a small booklet that is actually
put together using waterproof paper. A pencil works fine business
on the paper. Look and feel is like regular paper. The top line
or two of each page is set up for recording one's dive profile.
The rest of the page is lined for making personal notes.
