Ya know Jack, you MUST have a "magic" QTH. That can be the only
explanation!
I once had a similar QTH when I lived in Florida, and could always hear
things that no one else could. Consider yourself lucky, a good op, and
those "other" hams "signal challenged". ;-)
I wouldn't lose any sleep over it.
