Wet Weather work?

I found that the best way to log contacts
in the rain is to use a pencil and write
on a painted white surface. I use the
back of a 2 ft parabolic dish.

Is there a good way to glue stuff together
in the rain? Or some sort of tape that still
works? I've even had problems in a heavy
wet fog.

BTW--10 GHz can be really exciting when
its raining--the water droplets are just the
right size for scattering the signal around
hills.
