For those of you who have not built your NorCal 38 Special (or any other
kit, for that matter) please pay very close attention to the placement
and orientation of the following components. Most parts are can be
oriented either way except those listed below. I'd hazard to say that
at least 50% of the problems with mal-functioning kits result from one
or more components being installed "backwards" or in the wrong spot. If
you're not sure which end is which, ask first, solder second.
