Mr Zack Lau, W1VT, sent me email the other
day pointing to
http://motserv.indirect.com/rf/rfhome.html
A nice place to start and see what Motorola
has that is new.
One of the submenus has a SPICE collectionof
models for some RF parts. This is timely.
I have a SPICE book (one of all that are in
print at the present time) and since I don't
have it on my desk and I'm in the office early
I don't know which one, but I'll look again
while I'm listening to HAARP tonight.
This book has the 2N2222, 2N3904, 2N3906, etc.
SPICE models printed from the TI library. I
went to the TI web page but could not find a
SPICE library available from them.
Does anyone already have these SPICE models that
they can email to me? Otherwise I have to sit
down on the plane tomorrow and type them in at
41K feet. :-) I don't need the typing practice
I assure you. Or a web site (geez, we've gotten
addicted to that now for info) that may just have
every SPICE model in the world on it.
TI has released the models for public distribution
so there is not a copywrite issue at stake here.
dit dit es tnx
Work in progress here for these models.
